May 8, 2007: H-Cube and its subsidiaries, Global Realty Outsourcing, Blackheath Financial and Zenta have unified under the "Zenta" name, creating one of the world’s leading business and knowledge process outsourcing companies.
A summary of the H-Cube companies now unified under the "Zenta" name:
Zenta Group: Established in 2001 as a U.S. focused financial services BPO to provide fully integrated service offerings for credit cards, consumer banking, healthcare and insurance.
Global Realty Outsourcing: Established in July 2000, GRO pioneered the concepts of India outsourcing higher level finance and accounting functions with a focus in the U.S. real estate and mortgage sectors.
Blackheath Financial: Established in 2001, Blackheath developed a market leading service offering for Wall Street lenders and other major providers of capital to the real estate sector.
