Zenta’s facilities have been built to provide a superior working environment for attracting and retaining the best talent and providing world-class service to clients. Currently, Zenta has a capacity of 5,000 workstations across operations centers in India, the Philippines, and Charlotte, NC. These centers have been built to international standards with the latest operations and technology infrastructure, including the following important capabilities:

The Zenta infrastructure enables an open and modular technology environment that allows for simplified integration with a variety of client CRM and network platforms. Redundancy -
Zenta employs multiple levels of network redundancy for the highest level of protection. Our strategic location in Mumbai is located within an office park enabled with a fiber ring providing triple redundancy built into the telecommunications infrastructure. Mumbai also offers a level of operational security due to its high concentration of telecommunications providers. In addition, Zenta has six redundant services installed in its two U.S. network hub locations in Philadelphia, PA and Charlotte, NC, providing high bandwidth network redundancy between the U.S. and offshore locations.

Zenta systems and applications integrate easily with client and external CRM applications.
Disaster Recovery -
Zenta's established safeguards ensure business continuity, even in the case of natural disaster or other unforeseen events. Client engagements can be distributed across numerous delivery centers so that in the case of an outage, Zenta or its network partners can redirect communications to another facility, with minimal disruption to the client's operations.
Security -
Zenta's delivery centers meet and exceed the requirements of leading financial providers for physical plant, network and data security. Zenta's systems and processes are highly secure, ensuring that client data is protected and privacy is guaranteed. In addition, third parties perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on our infrastructure to ensure the network and data are secure from external threats. Intrusion prevention systems (IPS) and firewalls are in place at all external internet access points. Zenta has attained multiple security certifications in addition to passing numerous client and external party security audits.
Offsite Backup -
Zenta has full, off-site back up for critical data and fully tested business continuity plans with ready accommodations at alternative sites. This maximizes availability and service levels. Zenta has also established a disaster recovery plan detailing the evacuation procedure to be followed by all employees in case of a disaster. Risk mitigation is an extra step that eliminates single points of system failure to promote high availability.
