Jaswinder Ghumman
India Country Manager
Jaswinder (Jassi) Ghumman has 24 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing, IT Services and Transportation sectors. Most recently, he was engaged in an entrepreneurial initiative as CEO of Excel Callnet, a BPO company in Chandigarh. Prior to that he had led the India operations of Convergys Corporation and grew it from start to over 10,000 people delivering about 50 client programs to reputed multinational corporations. In 2000 he had founded one of the earliest Offshore Technical Support organizations in India serving a Fortune 100 client. Prior to this, Jaswinder Ghumman headed the software services business division of Punjab Communications Limited and was responsible for delivering Information Systems’ services to customers in India, U.S.A. and South Korea. Jaswinder Ghumman has an M.B.A. degree, a Masters degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
