John C. (Jack) Freker
President and Chief Operating Officer
John C. (Jack) Freker is president and chief operating officer of Zenta. He is responsible for worldwide operations and business development. Mr. Freker brings more than 25 years of business leadership experience in a variety of industries. He spent the first portion of his career in the consumer goods industry, working with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Welch's, and Bristol Myers Squibb.
In 1992, Freker joined Convergys, a major outsourcing, consulting, and software solutions provider, where he served in a variety of roles including senior vice president of marketing/sales, group president, executive vice president and as president of the Customer Management Group, the firm's largest operating unit, with over 60,000 employees and more than $1.6 billion in revenue. After driving record global expansion, including significant growth in India and the Philippines, he left Convergys in 2005 and became CEO of Cambridge, MA based Oblicore, Inc., a global enterprise software company, where he increased global bookings more than 60% and generated a four-fold improvement in U.S. revenues.
He also serves as a board member of several private and public firms and is a graduate of Princeton University and The Executive Management program at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business.
